St James' Trust is a local, small, independent Charity supporting Seaford residents and the wider community. It offers a broad range of facilities at its surprisingly spacious premises, tucked away on its site in Blatchington Road, Seaford, hosting a varied collection of clubs and groups.

These include:

Stroke/Caring Club, Arts & Crafts Groups, Hard of Hearing, Recorder Players and Bell Ringers, plus Yoga, Music, Dance & Drama.




Our premises have three good sized halls, a small meeting room and a fully equipped kitchen, all of which are  available for hire.

We also have a fully accessible mini bus which has a tail lift for wheelchair users.

Maximum capacity 8 (including driver) plus one wheelchair.

Also on the site is our purpose built charity shop, an Aladdin's Cave of bargains all at really affordable prices. It is completely managed and run by volunteers.

We sell 100% donated goods to raise funds & support all the services St James’ Trust offers.
