ROOM HIRE

Our facilities are multi-functional and can be used for a variety of clubs or groups.  There is currently one area - The Clubhouse.

We have 3 fully accessible rooms in our Clubhouse and disabled parking.

THE CLUB HOUSE

Our well-equipped refurbished premises are fully accessible and have facilities which include:

3 Large multi-functional halls  Fully equipped kitchen
Small private meeting room Stairlift to all floors
Disabled toilets Disabled parking
Decked garden area    

LOWER HALL

Situated on the ground floor.

Maximum capacity - 45

Access to small kitchenette area and outside garden/decking space.

Suitable for family and children's parties, large group meetings, workshops and social gatherings.

Access to large kitchen available (additional charge applies).

Hourly Rate (one off): £14.50

Session Rate (4 hours): £45

Term Rate: negotiable

NORTH HALL

Situated on the first floor.

Maximum capacity - 30

Access to small kitchenette area and outside garden/decking space.

The North Hall has a sprung wooden floor suitable for Dance, Pilates and Yoga.

It is also suitable for meetings, conferences, team building and training sessions.

Access to large kitchen available (additional charge applies).

Hourly Rate (one off): £14.50

Session Rate (4 hours): £45

Term Rate: negotiable

SOUTH HALL

Situated on the first floor.

Maximum capacity - 30

Access to small kitchenette area and outside garden/decking space.

The South Hall is suitable for club and group meetings. Some of our clubs include Drama, Music, Dance, Pilates and Yoga.

It is also suitable for meetings, conferences, team building and training sessions.

Access to large kitchen available (additional charge applies).

Hourly Rate (one off): £14.50

Session Rate (4 hours): £45

Term Rate: negotiable

 

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

Situated on the Ground Floor of the Clubhouse

Maximum Capacity (for cooking)  - 4

Fully equipped Catering kitchen includes:

  • Large Gas Range 6 ring/double over cooker & Microwave

  • Electric Double Oven & Grill & Salamander Grill

  • Catering size Bain Marie & Dishwasher

  • Crockery & Cutlery

  • Hand washing sink, Vegetable Preparation sink, Washing up sink

Suitable for large party catering or small cookery demonstration classes. Usually used in conjunction with the Lower Hall.

Hourly Rate   - £14.50

Session Rate (4 hours) - £45

Term rate  -  Negotiable

All hirers users are responsible for ensuring the area is left clean and tidy.

 

CLUBHOUSE MEETING ROOM

Situated on the ground floor.

Maximum capacity - 4

Access to small kitchenette area.

Suitable for one to one or small group counselling.

NB. Room is completely confidential

Hourly Rate: £10.00

Hall users must provide their own refreshments and are responsible for ensuring the area is left clean and tidy.

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT LOWER HALL

Situated on the Ground Floor

Our 85” Smart TV and Blu-Ray DVD Player is a new addition to the facilities available in the Lower Hall.

The Audio-Visual Equipment is suitable for showing Films, Group Presentations and Training Sessions,  boasts a high spec surround sound and is linked to the hearing loop.

Hourly Rate                                        £5.00

Session Rate (4 hours)                   £20.00

KITCHENETTE

The kitchenette is situated on the ground floor and its use is included in the hall and room hire.

Maximum capacity - 20

It is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and glasses.

Hall users must provide their own refreshments and are responsible for ensuring the area is left clean and tidy.

GARDEN/DECKING AREA

Secure and bright garden area with decking and garden seating.

Maximum capacity - 12

The lower deck is accessible for wheelchair use.

Please note this is a non smoking area.
