We host or provide premises for a wide variety of clubs and groups within our refurbished club house.
Satisfying the needs of all ages, these activities cater for a huge range of interests, from dance and drama through bell ringing to helping people cope with strokes.
Kate Gomez is an experienced, professional counsellor and psychotherapist helping couples, family groups, individual adults and youngsters.
She holds private sessions where you can discuss your concerns and problems, without feeling challenged or judged.

Haven Guitar Clubs is run by Clive Rogers. Clive has been playing guitar for over 40 years and has played in most situations from school bands to professional groups and sessions. Clive has formulated a method of teaching called the Flat Pack Method.
All tutors are CRB Checked.
7 to 11 years (Beginners) Group one - 3.45pm to 4.45pm
11 to 14 years - 4.45pm to 5.45pm
12 to 16 years - 6pm to 7pm

This group is open to members of other U3A groups.
Alex Parsons runs these classes offering a unique way for mums to get fit. Children are welcome in all classes and the buggies are incorporated into the Tots & Tums class; the children are included wherever possible and help us stretch at the end of the class.
The aim behind these classes is to make them inclusive to all women of all ages and levels of fitness. While getting fit we have a lot of fun and make some great friends.

Yin Yoga for all levels. Suitable for those with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia
A gentle, slow, floor-based practice that focuses on the connective tissues.

seaford stroke and caring club
The Seaford Stroke & Caring Club is open to stroke survivors, residents with a disability and members of our community that feel isolated and lonely.
The club enjoys a range of activities on a weekly basis including musical programmes, exercise, art, games and visits from guest speakers. Meetings are concluded with afternoon tea and bingo. New members always welcome.
